Website testing for agencies and freelancers

Test, document and watch every client site

Jenna is an autonomous AI agent that uses your website in a real browser on your behalf: give her an address and a goal, and she returns the narrated video, the step-by-step log and the verdict. For an agency, that means pre-launch QA on every client site, handover documentation written from the real journey, and an e-mail alert when a page changes after release.

Three moments where Jenna saves you time

Before launch

Pre-launch website testing

The main journey is tested before every release, without tying up a project manager. Jenna signs up, fills in the forms, adds to cart and goes to the payment step, then hands you a video and a verdict. You deliver with video proof of how the journey went, and you see the friction before your client does.

At handover

Documentation written from the real journey

The "how to use your site" guide nobody likes writing, generated from the journey as it really went: step by step, a screenshot at each step, and the narrated video. Your client gets a record of how their site works on the day you hand it over.

After release

Monitoring and an alert when it changes

Turn on monitoring for a project and Jenna rechecks its pages on a schedule, then e-mails you when they changed. If a plugin update changes the order form page, you can hear about it before your client calls you. The check and the alert use no minutes. On Autopilot, a detected change can trigger an automatic rerun of the journey, which does use minutes.

Can AI test a website?

Yes, for what a first-time visitor can do in a browser. Jenna is an AI agent that uses a website in a real browser: give her the address and a goal, and she reports on video and step by step where and why she got stuck.

On a client site she can:

  • sign up for an account herself, including the e-mail verification, through a dedicated inbox per project;
  • fill in and send forms;
  • add to cart and go to the payment step, without completing a real transaction (you can stop the journey at any earlier step);
  • read, search and click like a person would, make mistakes and correct them.

She has limits. She never solves CAPTCHAs. A site whose bot protection refuses her first request cannot be tested, and the run reports that block as ours, with no finding about the site. If she cannot reach the goal, the verdict says so and shows where she stopped, rather than pretending it worked. Business judgment and edge cases stay with your team.

What your client receives

A completed run ends with a deliverable you can forward as it is:

  • A share link your client opens without creating an account, with printing and download built in.
  • A video of the session, narrated by Jenna: what she looks for, what blocks her. Narration is in English or French, set per account, and can be turned off.
  • A step-by-step log, with a screenshot at each step.
  • A verdict: reached, blocked or failed, and where.
  • In audit mode, for each step a difficulty note, the problem found and the recommended fix, plus a UX score out of 100.

Bill the audit as a service, or offer it before the sale. Either way, your client sees what happened on their site rather than a summary of it.

What Jenna actually does

She uses the site, she doesn't scan it

Jenna opens a browser and acts: she searches, clicks, fills in forms, accepts cookies, goes as far as the payment step. This is not static code analysis or a Lighthouse score. It is a real journey.

She explains each step

At each step: what she is looking for, what slows her down and, in audit mode, a difficulty note, the problem found and the recommended fix. The result reads like a written review of the journey.

She tests different profiles

Novice, expert or administrator: the same journey is not experienced the same way. The novice profile looks at the site the way a first-time visitor would.

She works without privileged access

No plugin to install, no access to the client's back office or hosting. It works on PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix or a custom build: if a person can use the site in a browser, so can she. The exception is a site whose bot protection refuses her first request; the report then says the block is on our side.

Audit a prospect's site before you pitch

Jenna needs no access from the site's owner, only its public address and a goal. Run a client website audit on a prospect's current site and bring the video and the report to the first meeting: a concrete look at their own journey, step by step, instead of a deck about yours.

Beyond audits

The same engine runs on a schedule. If a client needs one journey checked after every change, on Autopilot you can automate a journey and rerun it when the site changes. For a single store, see the CRO audit for online stores; for the method itself, the AI UX audit. If you would rather have it built on your client's platform and handed over, there is a done-for-you set-up at a fixed price.

Pricing

You start with 120 free minutes at sign-up, no card: about one full audit. After that you pay for browser minutes, in packs that never expire and are shared across all your client projects: 120 minutes for €5, 500 for €15, 2,000 for €49 (excl. VAT). A full audit of a client site uses about 120 minutes, so about €5 excl. VAT. A simple journey takes a few minutes. Viewing reports and videos and sharing them cost nothing.

For recurring work, Autopilot is €29 a month with 725 minutes each billing cycle, scheduled routines, an automatic rerun when monitoring detects a change, and mission secrets for sites behind a login.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI test a website?

Yes, for what a first-time visitor can do in a browser. Jenna is an AI agent that uses a website in a real browser: give her the address and a goal, and she reports on video and step by step where and why she got stuck.

Does Jenna replace our pre-launch testing?

No, she makes it systematic. You can run the main journeys on every release without tying anyone up, and she documents what she checked. Business judgment and edge cases stay with your team.

Can we audit a site before signing the client?

Yes. Jenna needs no access from the site's owner, only its public address and a goal, so you can bring a report on a prospect's current site to the first meeting.

What about sites behind authentication?

Jenna can follow a sign-up and sign-in journey, including e-mail verification, through a dedicated inbox per project. On Autopilot you can give her credentials as mission secrets: they are encrypted and never shown in reports.

What languages are the deliverables produced in?

English and French. The language is set per account and applies to the whole chain: video narration, report, documentation and labels.

What happens to our clients' data?

Each project is isolated and can be deleted. Deleting your account erases all its projects, runs, videos and reports.

How much does a client-site audit cost?

A full audit of a site uses about 120 minutes, which is about €5 excl. VAT on the 120-minute pack. Each run is billed its own browser time, so a simple journey costs a few minutes. Your first 120 minutes are free at sign-up.
