What kinds of journeys can she run?

Anything a visitor can do on a public website: search, navigate, fill and submit forms, sign up and sign in (including e-mail verification via a dedicated inbox per project), add to cart, reach payment. She never completes CAPTCHAs and respects the sites she visits.

What do I get back after a run?

A narrated session video, a step-by-step log with screenshots and a verdict. Verdicts are honest: if the objective could not be completed, the report says so and shows the blocker rather than pretending success.

How fast are runs?

A first run of a journey typically settles in minutes to a quarter of an hour, depending on its length. Repeat runs of an already-recorded journey replay the path deterministically and are much faster. Jenna is built for scheduled and repeated automation with proof, not for sub-second interactive scraping.

Can my AI agent use Jenna on its own?

Yes — that is a supported customer. An agent can sign up its owner's account via the API, create an API key, launch runs and read reports. Spending money (checkout, auto-refill, subscription) always requires a human session: an API key can never charge the card.

What happens when my balance runs out?

Runs stop being accepted until you top up. With auto-refill on, your chosen pack is re-bought automatically when the balance drops below your threshold (20 minutes by default), so scheduled automations keep running.
