Jenna uses your website like a real visitor — and shows you where it breaks down
You give her an address and a goal. She opens a browser, searches, clicks, fills in forms, creates an account if she has to. Then she hands you the narrated video of her session, a step-by-step report and a UX score.

Nobody can test their own website
You know where every button lives. You know the exact name of every section. You have filled in that form a hundred times. That is the curse of knowledge: the moment you know your site, you can never discover it again. The hesitations that make your visitors leave stay invisible to you, and the friends you show it to already have the context a real visitor never has.
Analytics tools don't fill that gap. Heatmaps, session recordings and A/B tests — Hotjar, Clarity and their equivalents — observe real visitors: you need many of them, for a long time, before the signal is reliable. Above all, they show you what happened, never why: you watch a cursor hesitate and a page close, without ever knowing what the person was looking for.
How it works
Four steps, a few minutes, nothing to install.
-
You describe a goal
"Find the pricing and request a demo", "buy an item as a guest", "create an account and post a listing"… You can also let Jenna explore the site and propose the journeys worth testing herself.
-
She genuinely uses the site
She opens a browser, accepts the cookies, reads, clicks, types, makes mistakes and corrects them. If the journey requires an account, she signs up herself — including when sign-up demands e-mail verification: she receives the message and follows the link.
-
You get evidence, not opinions
The narrated video of the session, a report with step-by-step screenshots, the friction points and recommended fixes, an overall UX score — and a share link to send to anyone, no account needed on their side.
-
She watches for changes
Every week, Jenna comes back to check whether the site has moved. New theme, update, modified journey: you get an alert so you can re-run an audit and confirm everything still works.
What Jenna produces
Every audit leaves four deliverables you can use immediately.
A step-by-step UX audit
Every step of the journey with its screenshot, its difficulty rating, the problem encountered and the recommended fix. An overall score to benchmark the site and measure progress from one audit to the next.
A narrated session video
The recording of the session with Jenna's voice explaining what she is looking for, what she understands and what blocks her. Often the most convincing thing to show a team or a client.
Auto-generated documentation
The journey written out step by step, as it actually works. Reusable as a how-to guide, an FAQ, customer-support material or onboarding for a new team member.
Change monitoring
A weekly check of the site and an e-mail alert as soon as a change is detected — the exact moment a journey silently breaks. Included, without consuming any minutes.
Two use cases, one method
Jenna is tied to no technology: if a human can use your site, so can she.
For online stores
She does her shopping at your store: product search, cart, order form, checkout funnel. You see exactly where your customers give up — even with very little traffic.

You pay for recording minutes — the actual time Jenna spends on a site. A full audit uses about 120. Minutes never expire and are only consumed by the audits you launch.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is Jenna?
An autonomous AI agent that opens a real browser and uses your website the way a first-time visitor would. You give her an address and a goal; she searches, clicks, fills in forms, and hands you back a narrated video, a step-by-step audit report and a score.
How is this different from Hotjar, Clarity or A/B testing?
Those tools observe your real visitors: they need lots of traffic, and they tell you what happened, not why. Jenna observes nobody — she is the visitor herself. She works from day one, with zero traffic, and explains at every step what she is trying to do and what is stopping her.
Do I need to install a script or plugin?
No. Jenna uses your site from the outside, exactly like a visitor: no script to add, no plugin to install, no access to your back office or your code.
Can she test a journey that requires an account?
Yes. Jenna can sign up herself, including when registration requires e-mail confirmation: she has her own address, receives the verification message, follows the link, then continues the journey once signed in.
What language are the results in?
Reports, session narration and documentation are produced in English or French, depending on the language set on your account.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard: your projects, audits, videos and reports are then erased.
