Set-up service

Build it with us

Jenna is self-serve: describe the journey, run it, read the report. If you would rather have the automation or the audit built on your platform, measured against your own people and handed over, we do that. A fixed-price set-up, then it runs on your own account. No retainer.

Fixed price after discovery · You run it afterwards · We say honestly when it does not fit

What it can be

Anything a person does repeatedly in a browser, on a public site or behind a login, where the output has to be right and auditable.

Automation

Skilled back-office work on your platform

First-marking coursework against an official mark scheme. Processing applications or claims against your own rules. Checking submissions before a person signs off. Jenna does the first pass; your people keep the decision.

Audit

A recurring audit, scored your way

A UX or conversion audit of your site or your clients' sites, run on a schedule, scored against criteria you agree, with the video and the step log as evidence. Built once, repeated every week or every release.

Journeys

Critical journeys, verified with proof

Sign-up, checkout, booking, supplier or partner portals. The journeys that cost you money when they break, replayed on demand or on every release, with the exact blocker when they fail.

Monitoring

Watching a third-party portal

Reading a status, a price, a stock level or a document from a portal that has no API, at the cadence you need, with a record of what was seen and when.

Our reference set-up: first-marking Active IQ coursework for a UK training centre, measured against the centre's own assessor.

How it goes

  1. A 15-minute discovery call

You tell us what you want automated or audited, on which platform, and who does it today. We tell you whether it fits Jenna and what the set-up would roughly take. If it does not fit, we say so on the call.

  2. A read-only discovery day on your platform

We look at the screens, the data and the rules without changing anything, and extract whatever reference material the work is judged against. It ends with a fixed quote and a short written scope. You decide whether to go on.

  3. The set-up, accepted phase by phase

We write the standard the work is judged against, using your own reference material rather than our interpretation. We agree how Jenna should behave. We provision the missions on your account, run it live, and measure the result against your own people before you rely on it. Each phase ends with something you can check.

  4. Handover, then it is yours

An operating guide, one session with the person who will launch runs, and thirty days for questions. After that it runs on your account and you operate it with the app guide. A new process, a new cohort of rules or a new platform is a new set-up.

The discovery call

Fifteen minutes, no slides. It is a conversation to find out whether this is worth your time and ours.

What we will ask
  • What the work is, and on which site or platform it happens.
  • Who does it today, how long it takes, and how often.
  • What "correct" means, and who decides when it is not.
  • What reference material exists: a mark scheme, a checklist, a policy, past decisions.
What you leave with
  • An honest verdict: fits, fits with caveats, or does not fit.
  • The rough shape of the set-up and what you would need to provide.
  • The relevant method in writing, for your kind of work, if you want to go further.
  • A date for the discovery day, or a clear no.

How we work

Your standard

We never invent the rules

The work is judged against your own reference material. Where that material leaves judgement to a person, we derive the bar from how your people actually decide, and they ratify it.

Evidence

Measured before you rely on it

Before go-live, the set-up is run blind against cases your people have already handled and compared case by case. We look for the pattern behind the disagreements, not just a rate.

Safety

Your platform, your budget

Discovery is read-only. Credentials are stored encrypted on your account. Every run keeps a video and a step log. Runs that stall are stopped, not left to spend your minutes.

What it costs

The set-up is a fixed price agreed after the discovery day, typically between €1,500 and €3,000 for a first process. Afterwards, running costs are your own Jenna minutes at the published prices, with no mark-up. On our reference set-up, a first-marked chapter of coursework consumes about €3.5 of minutes against €7 to €13 of an assessor's time.

You need the Autopilot subscription (€29/month, 725 minutes included) because a set-up relies on stored credentials, knowledge and the ability to schedule or re-run missions.

Questions people ask

Do you keep running it for us afterwards?

No. The set-up ends with a handover: an operating guide, a session with the person who will launch runs, and a thirty-day window for questions. After that it runs on your own Jenna account and you operate it. Changes, new cohorts of rules or new processes are quoted as a new set-up.

What if Jenna cannot do what we need?

We say so on the discovery call or at the end of the discovery day, before any set-up is quoted. If the work needs more than a browser can do, we tell you what it would take instead.

Can we do part of it ourselves?

Yes. Some clients want only the standard and the validation, and provision the missions themselves. The discovery day is where we agree which phases you take.

Do we need a particular Jenna plan?

The Autopilot subscription, because a set-up needs stored credentials, knowledge and the ability to schedule or re-run missions. It includes 725 minutes a month; packs cover anything above that.

Who owns what at the end?

The missions, the standard, the knowledge entries and any calibration built for you belong to you and live on your account. Jenna and its engine remain ours.
