Prices exclude VAT. A minute is one minute of Jenna working in a real browser. In that minute she does what a person at the keyboard would do, reading, clicking, typing, usually faster, and the video, the step log and the report come with it at no extra charge. Short journeys cost less; high-effort mode is billed at 2.5×. The 120 discovery minutes are credited when you create your account, no card required. For larger volumes, write to us.
Auto-refill
Tick a box when you buy a pack and Jenna buys it again for you as soon as your balance drops below 20 minutes. Your scheduled automations never stop for lack of minutes. The card stays with Stripe; you can change the pack or turn auto-refill off at any time from your dashboard.

For people who keep Jenna running: minutes every month and every advanced feature.

What consumes minutes
Only time spent in the browser is counted. Everything else is included.

Custom set-up
For back-office work on your own platform, such as AI pre-assessment for training centres, set-up is billed by the hour and quoted after a discovery of your portal. Day-to-day running then consumes the minutes on your account: on our reference engagement, 30 to 50 minutes of browsing per marked chapter in high-effort mode, about €3.5 per chapter.
Billing questions
Do I need a card to get started?
No. The 120 discovery minutes are credited when you create your account, with no card. You only enter one to buy a pack or subscribe to Autopilot.
Do minutes expire?
Never. Purchased minutes stay on your account until you use them, and they are shared across all your projects.
What happens when my balance runs out?
New runs are no longer accepted until the next top-up. With auto-refill on, the pack of your choice is bought again as soon as the balance drops below 20 minutes, and your automations keep running.
Can an API key spend money?
An API key can start runs, consume minutes and read the balance, but it can never charge the card. Buying a pack, changing auto-refill or touching the subscription requires a signed-in human session.
Can I cancel Autopilot?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew.
Is pricing the same for audits and automation?
Yes. One minute balance, one meter, whatever the use case. Only AI pre-assessment on your own platform adds a set-up billed by the hour.
